Quentin is an attorney and entrepreneur. Quentin has focused his firm's Oxford, MS law practice on a variety of complex litigation matters and corporate interests. Quentin is a seventh generation Mississippian with 21 years experience as a practicing attorney. Quentin harnesses his enthusiasm and experience as an advisor and litigator on behalf of businesses large and small focusing on health care, regulatory and commercial property and development practice where he has represented a variety of business interests including contractors, developers, casinos, technical colleges, franchise businesses, financial institutions, hospitals, regional medical facilities and rural health clinics in the courts of MS as well as before regulatory agencies in Jackson, and in Washington DC as a government relations advocate.
An owner of the Panola Medical Center, Quentin has extensive health care experience in management and day to day operations.
Quentin is a graduate of the University of MS and the University Of MS School Of Law. Quentin is a 2005 recipient of the MS Business Journal’s “Top 40 Under 40” award, and a member of the Ole Miss Hall of Fame. Quentin was elected twice to the Jackson MS City Council and also served as the Chairman of the MS Tort Claims Board under Haley Barbour.
